These guidelines outline how the Anglican Diocese of Adelaide can provide pastoral support and practical assistance to people who have been sexually abused by Anglican clergy or church workers within this diocese.
Healing steps offers an approach to resolving claims by those who have been abused. This approach is neither part of, nor a substitute for pursuing claims through a legal process. Rather it is an option which approaches claims from a pastoral perspective, toward a resolution appropriate to the circumstances of each individual.
